About the Role
As a Senior AI Software Engineer at Jobot, you'll architect and deliver enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions powered by artificial intelligence. Working on a fully distributed team, you'll help shape products designed to solve complex infrastructure challenges for large-scale organizations. Your expertise in AI, infrastructure systems, and startup-driven development will be central to our mission of modernizing how enterprises deploy and manage their technology stacks.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and optimize AI-powered infrastructure systems using C# and.Net technologies
- Lead the architecture of scalable, distributed systems that serve enterprise clients
- Mentor junior engineers and drive code quality through rigorous reviews and technical guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical roadmaps
- Implement infrastructure improvements that enhance system reliability, performance, and security
- Contribute to infrastructure-as-code practices and deployment automation
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with proven expertise in C# and.Net
- Demonstrated experience building and optimizing infrastructure systems, particularly in cloud or distributed computing environments
- Strong background working in startup environments or scaling early-stage technology companies
- Solid understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and how to integrate them into production systems
- Experience with infrastructure automation, DevOps practices, and modern deployment technologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience leading technical decisions in ambiguous situations
