Senior Associate Attorney/Partner Labor & Employment Defense (8-12 years)

Jobot is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney with 8 to 12 years of employment law experience to join our established firm in Artesia. The Opportunity

This Senior Associate Attorney/Partner track role places you at the center of our thriving employment defense practice. You'll counsel employers on compliance, litigation strategy, and risk mitigation across the full spectrum of workplace law. Working with Fortune 500 companies, mid-market enterprises, and growing businesses, you'll build a significant book of business while developing strategic client relationships. The position offers a clear path to partnership for attorneys ready to elevate their practice and take on greater responsibility. Compensation is commensurate with experience, ranging from $200,000 to $350,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent employers in employment-related litigation, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage-and-hour disputes
• Provide strategic counsel on employment law compliance, policy development, and workplace investigations
• Manage client relationships and develop business opportunities across the firm's employment defense practice
• Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals on employment law matters and litigation best practices
• Stay current with California employment law developments and apply them to client matters

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of employment law experience, with significant litigation background
• Demonstrated expertise in California employment law and federal employment statutes
• Strong track record of client relationship development and business generation
• Excellent writing, negotiation, and courtroom presence
• Licensed to practice law in California; J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
