Digital Marketing Manager

Jobot is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager for our Moorpark, Ventura County office to join a well-capitalized vintage clothing brand. This full-time position offers a salary of $80,000 to $110,000 annually.

Position Summary

We're seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online presence and growth initiatives for a distinctive vintage clothing brand that hand-crafts and produces unique pieces in Los Angeles. You'll develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that connect our products with customers across multiple channels, combining strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution. This role offers the opportunity to build a brand that celebrates craftsmanship and individuality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and launch digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, and content platforms
• Create compelling brand messaging and positioning aligned with our target audience
• Analyze campaign performance data and optimize strategies for maximum ROI
• Manage social media accounts, community engagement, and brand voice
• Work with design and product teams to effectively showcase our hand-crafted offerings
• Oversee website optimization, SEO strategy, and user experience
• Manage marketing budget allocation and deliver regular performance reports
• Coordinate with external partners and agencies as business needs require

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in fashion, retail, or ecommerce
• Proficiency with social media platforms, email marketing software, and web analytics tools
• Demonstrated success developing and launching complete marketing campaigns
• Experience managing paid advertising across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or similar platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to balance independent work with effective cross-functional collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent professional experience
