RV Receptionist

Blue Compass RV Albany is hiring a full-time Receptionist for our Latham, Albany County location. This is your opportunity to be the welcoming face and helpful voice that sets the tone for customers' entire experience with our RV dealership.

About the Role

As Receptionist at Blue Compass RV Albany, you're the first point of contact for everyone who walks through our doors or calls our office. You'll create a positive, professional atmosphere that reflects our commitment to exceptional customer service. This role combines administrative tasks, customer interaction, and team support to keep our Latham dealership running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and visitors with warmth and professionalism, directing them to the right department or team member
• Answer incoming calls, take messages, and schedule appointments for sales and service departments
• Manage administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and processing customer paperwork
• Assist customers with general inquiries about our RV inventory and dealership services
• Support the sales team with customer check-ins and follow-ups
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting area
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and customer focus
