About the Role

As Store Manager at Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween, you'll lead daily store operations while driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll oversee associate management, visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention—building a high-performing team committed to our brand standards and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Direct store operations, staffing decisions, and associate scheduling
• Drive sales growth through strategic merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement
• Oversee inventory management and shrink reduction initiatives
• Train, develop, and mentor store associates to maximize team performance
• Maintain store compliance with company policies and visual merchandising standards
• Manage cash handling, financial reporting, and loss prevention procedures

What We're Looking For

• Proven retail management experience with measurable success in sales and cost control
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and retail operations technology
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation & Benefits

This full-time position offers an hourly rate ranging from $19.77 to $20.02, based on qualifications and experience.
