About the Role
As a Technician, you'll be at the heart of our service operations, working with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and modern automotive systems. Your expertise will ensure every vehicle that enters our shop receives the attention to detail and quality craftsmanship our customers expect from Hendrick Automotive Group Corporate.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose vehicle issues using specialized testing equipment and your technical knowledge
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and service work to manufacturer specifications
- Document findings and communicate clearly with service advisors and customers about vehicle conditions
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines for repair procedures
- Contribute to a culture of quality and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven automotive technician experience or equivalent training
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with computerized service equipment and shop management systems
- Knowledge of current automotive systems, electronics, and safety standards
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a service team
- Valid driver's license
