Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween is hiring a full-time Store Manager for our Bakersfield location in Kern County. Lead a dynamic retail team and drive sales performance for one of the nation's most distinctive specialty retailers.

What This Role Involves

As Store Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of store operations, from team leadership to customer experience and financial performance. You'll create a shopping environment that keeps customers coming back while building a motivated staff that delivers exceptional service in our unique retail setting.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage store staff scheduling, training, development, and performance to meet business objectives
• Monitor and achieve monthly sales targets while controlling shrink and inventory levels
• Ensure consistent store appearance, merchandising standards, and product displays
• Lead customer service excellence and resolve customer concerns promptly
• Execute company policies and promotions while maintaining brand standards
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
• Handle cash management and maintain financial accountability

This Store Manager position offers an hourly rate between $23.90 and $24.15 based on qualifications and experience.
