As Store Manager at Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween, you'll oversee all aspects of daily store operations while building an engaging shopping environment for our customers. You'll lead a dedicated team, optimize store performance, and execute strategies that grow sales and profitability.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Lead, train, and develop store associates to deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive sales performance through effective merchandising, promotions, and team engagement
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and control shrinkage
• Analyze sales data and adjust strategies to meet store performance targets
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain strong customer relationships
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store environment
• Recruit and schedule team members to meet operational needs

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time Store Manager position offers hourly compensation ranging from $18.98 to $19.23 per hour, based on your qualifications and experience. We provide a robust benefits package that includes:
