Your Responsibilities

• Operate master control switching systems, monitoring broadcast feeds and signal quality in real-time
• Manage transitions between live programming, recorded content, and promotional material
• Ensure all broadcast signals meet technical standards and regulatory compliance requirements
• Identify and resolve technical issues or signal problems immediately to prevent on-air disruption
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and content teams to execute flawless broadcasts
• Document broadcast activities, incidents, and system performance with detailed logging
• Adhere to all broadcast protocols and operational procedures to maintain consistent quality

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience operating broadcast control room equipment and master control systems
• Solid technical knowledge of video and audio signal flow, routing, and specifications
• Strong communication abilities in collaborative, high-pressure broadcast environments
• Proven capacity to work independently and troubleshoot complex technical challenges
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to broadcast compliance standards
• Prior experience in broadcast operations, master control, or comparable technical roles
