Position Summary

We're seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment beginning August 10, 2026. You'll work day shift hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, providing essential nuclear medicine imaging support to patients and the clinical team. This role is ideal for travel-focused healthcare professionals ready to expand their experience across different medical facilities while maintaining a steady full-time schedule.

What You'll Do

• Operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment and technology to capture diagnostic scans
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals according to established medical protocols and physician orders
• Position patients appropriately for imaging procedures while ensuring comfort and safety throughout
• Monitor patients during and after procedures; provide compassionate care and respond to concerns
• Maintain detailed, accurate medical records and documentation of all procedures and findings
• Follow strict radiation safety protocols and regulatory compliance guidelines at all times
• Perform routine equipment maintenance, calibration checks, and quality assurance testing
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and support staff to deliver integrated patient care

Who We're Looking For

• Current CNMT (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist) certification or equivalent qualification
• Active state licensure as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
• Proven hands-on experience in nuclear medicine imaging or related radiology disciplines
• Strong working knowledge of radiopharmaceuticals and radiation safety standards
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills in clinical environments
• Ability to work day shift schedules and adapt to travel-based assignments
• Detail-oriented approach with commitment to accurate medical documentation
