About the Role

Join a healthcare facility in Mount Vernon, Skagit County, as a Travel Nuclear Medicine Tech delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services. This full-time position provides 40 hours per week on a day shift schedule, ensuring consistent daytime hours and predictable scheduling throughout your contract.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals and contrast agents following established safety protocols
• Operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment including gamma cameras and SPECT systems to capture diagnostic images
• Position patients safely and optimize imaging outcomes through proper technique and patient communication
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Follow strict radiation safety protocols and equipment quality control procedures
• Assist physicians during diagnostic procedures and collaborate with clinical staff

What We're Looking For

• Current ARRT certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology
• Valid state license as a Radiologic Technologist where required
• Proven clinical experience in nuclear medicine imaging
• Strong knowledge of radiopharmaceutical safety and handling
• Excellent patient care skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Professional approach to travel healthcare assignments
