Real is seeking an Agent Experience, Support professional to join our India team on a full-time basis. In this role, you'll be the essential support backbone for our network of real estate agents, ensuring they can leverage our technology platform to excel in their business.

Position Summary

As an Agent Experience, Support specialist at Real, you'll deliver dedicated, knowledgeable assistance to agents across our platform. Your work will centre on understanding their challenges, guiding them through platform features, and ensuring they feel equipped and supported every single day. You'll develop genuine expertise in how agents work and translate that into clear, practical help that drives their success.

Responsibilities

• Support agents through queries and technical issues across our platform, responding via multiple communication channels
• Diagnose problems, guide troubleshooting steps, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
• Create and maintain knowledge resources, FAQs, and guides that help agents find answers independently
• Gather and relay agent feedback to our product and engineering teams to inform platform improvements
• Document support interactions and contribute insights that strengthen our overall support strategy
• Build lasting relationships with agents by consistently demonstrating your commitment to their success

What You Bring

• Experience in customer support, agent support, technical support, or a similar role working directly with users
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in straightforward, relatable terms
• A problem-solving approach and natural patience when guiding others through challenges
• Comfort working with software platforms, applications, or tools—ideally SaaS, CRM, or similar environments
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic, growing organisation
• Professional approach and genuine interest in supporting others' success
