About the Role
As a Relationship Specialist 2, you'll take on a versatile position supporting our Lakewood branch members through both in-person and phone interactions. This role combines the responsibilities of our concierge team, frontline Relationship Specialist I staff, interactive teller machine representatives, and Relationship Manager I functions. Your focus is sustaining smooth branch operations while delivering exceptional member experiences.
What You'll Do
- Engage members in-person and by phone to address inquiries, process transactions, and identify financial solutions
- Open deposit accounts, manage membership services, and handle requests with accuracy and professionalism
- Support loan inquiries and guide members through the application and approval process
- Assist with branch operations, including teller functions and administrative support as needed
- Maintain detailed member records and ensure compliance with credit union policies and regulations
- Build lasting member relationships by understanding financial goals and recommending appropriate products and services
