About the Role

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor your bidding team to produce high-quality proposals consistently and on schedule
- Develop bid strategy, positioning, and messaging for complex technology service offerings
- Manage proposal timelines, resource allocation, and quality assurance across all bids
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and finance teams to ensure competitive and profitable bids
- Track bid performance, win rates, and market feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Oversee proposal documentation, compliance, and alignment with company standards
Requirements
- Proven experience leading a bidding or proposal management function in technology services or infrastructure
- Strong track record in bid strategy and commercial acumen
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proficiency in proposal management tools and CRM platforms
- Strong attention to detail, project discipline, and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, engineering, or related field
