You'll leverage our market-leading benchmarking data and proprietary frameworks to help clients realise significant improvements in cost, efficiency, and strategic alignment across their operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements focused on supply chain, procurement, logistics, and operations strategy
- Conduct diagnostic assessments using benchmarking analytics and problem-solving methodologies to identify performance gaps
- Develop actionable recommendations grounded in industry best practices and tailored to client context
- Work collaboratively with client teams to build business cases and design implementation roadmaps
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders with clarity and strategic insight
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the practice's intellectual capital and methodologies
Requirements
- 5–7 years of professional experience in consulting, operations, supply chain, or logistics roles
- Demonstrated expertise in supply chain design, procurement strategy, operations optimisation, or logistics network planning
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and business intelligence tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence senior audiences
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
- Willingness to travel for client engagements as needed
