Manager – Process Excellence

Position Summary

This is a full-time management position based in India with Rockwell Automation, a global industrial technology company serving manufacturers worldwide. You will take ownership of process optimization projects, champion operational excellence across departments, and establish the continuous improvement practices that differentiate high-performing organizations in competitive markets. Your work will directly impact production efficiency, cost management, and product quality across manufacturing operations.

Core Duties

• Identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies through systematic analysis and data-driven assessment
• Design and execute lean and six sigma improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
• Lead cross-functional teams through process redesign, implementation, and change management
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure improvement outcomes and monitor progress
• Build a continuous improvement culture by coaching teams and embedding best practices into daily operations
• Develop process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials
• Report on initiative outcomes to senior leadership and recommend further optimization opportunities

Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, or operational excellence roles
• Proven expertise with six sigma methodologies, value stream mapping, or similar frameworks
• Strong project management skills with experience leading multi-functional teams
• Proficiency in data analysis, process metrics, and performance reporting
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, business administration, or related discipline
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering measurable improvements
