About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide comprehensive administrative support at the DOE Fermi Site Office. You'll be the backbone of daily operations, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth workflow across a dynamic federal environment. What You'll Do
- Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling for site staff and visiting officials
- Prepare, format, and maintain documentation including reports, correspondence, and federal records
