Completeful is seeking a full-time Engraving Operator in Lafayette, Lafayette Parish to join our production team. You'll operate advanced laser systems to create precision engravings on a variety of products, working with digital designs and delivering the high-quality output our clients expect.
About the Role
As an Engraving Operator at Completeful, you'll take the lead on our galvo- and gantry-based laser systems, turning customer designs into flawless engraved products. This is a hands-on position that combines technical expertise with attention to detail, ensuring each piece meets our quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Operate galvo and gantry laser equipment to produce precise, high-quality engravings on diverse materials and products
- Convert digital designs into finished engraved products using LightBurn software
- Prepare materials, configure laser parameters, and optimize settings for different design specifications
- Monitor equipment performance and maintain consistent quality across production runs
- Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve workflow efficiency
What We're Looking For
- At least one year of hands-on experience with laser engraving or related production work
- Proven proficiency or strong familiarity with LightBurn software
- Demonstrated ability to translate digital designs into precise, accurate engravings
- Detail-oriented with genuine commitment to quality output
- Reliable, self-directed work ethic and collaborative mindset
- Openness to learning new equipment and refining technical skills
