Lennar Homes is seeking a full-time Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in The Hammocks, Miami-Dade County. As one of America's leading homebuilders, we're building exceptional communities and creating career opportunities for talented Associates across our organization.

About the Role

This Recruiter position is central to Lennar Homes' mission of attracting top talent and building a thriving workforce. You'll partner directly with hiring managers across the company to understand their staffing needs, source exceptional candidates, and manage the complete recruitment process. Based in The Hammocks, you'll help shape our team culture and support our commitment to excellence in homebuilding and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions across the organization
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition through offer and onboarding
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines aligned with current and future business needs
• Build collaborative relationships with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements
• Represent Lennar Homes at job fairs, career events, and community recruiting initiatives
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain regular, professional candidate communication
• Track recruitment metrics and support continuous improvement of hiring processes

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition experience
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize competing demands
• Experience recruiting for diverse roles and departments
