Position Summary

As a Homebuyer Concierge at Lennar Homes, you'll serve as a dedicated customer advocate and product specialist at our Roseville community. You'll engage with prospective homebuyers, answer their questions about available homes and financing options, and facilitate a seamless buying experience that reflects Lennar's commitment to quality and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome prospective homebuyers to the community, providing warm, professional assistance
• Conduct property tours and showcase available floor plans and home features
• Answer detailed questions about home specifications, community amenities, and neighborhood benefits
• Explain financing options, incentive programs, and the homebuying process
• Schedule appointments and follow up with interested buyers
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and availability
• Build positive relationships with buyers to support their decision-making
• Document buyer interactions and maintain accurate records
