About This Position

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage every facet of the store's day-to-day operations. As Store Manager, you'll lead a team to deliver excellent customer experiences while hitting sales targets and keeping costs in check. You'll own the success of the store from setup through seasonal closeout, ensuring inventory is accurate, merchandise is well-presented, and the team is engaged and productive. The role requires someone who can wear multiple hats—from staffing decisions to merchandise placement to the final pack-down when the season ends.

Responsibilities

• Direct all store operations and hold accountability for sales performance and profit margins
• Lead, hire, and manage the store team to deliver strong guest service and meet operational standards
• Control inventory, manage shrinkage, and maintain accurate stock records
• Oversee merchandise displays, positioning, and seasonal layout to optimize sales
• Manage expenses and work toward budget targets
• Execute store setup and full seasonal teardown, including packing and logistics
• Create an organized, clean store environment that reflects brand standards

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21
• Proven retail management experience, ideally in a supervisory or store leadership role
• Strong ability to manage inventory, stock control, and loss prevention
• Talent for leading, motivating, and developing a team
• Solid understanding of retail metrics and sales performance
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends during peak season
