About the Role

This full-time over-the-road position puts you at the helm of a modern dry van truck on regional and long-haul freight runs. What You'll Earn

U.S. Xpress - OTR compensates drivers with transparent, experience-based pay:

  • 57–64 cents per mile, determined by your experience level
  • Guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,500 (12 days out, 2 days home rotation)
  • Top-performing drivers in our top 20% earn $1,650 weekly or more
  • $4,000 sign-on bonus
  • Team driver option: $5,000 sign-on bonus (split), $0.72–$0.80 per mile (split), with average weekly mileage of 5,000 miles
