About the Role
This is a full-time position operating dry van trailers across the United States in an OTR capacity. You'll have the flexibility to select home time that fits your lifestyle while building your career with a company that values driver retention and earning potential.
What You'll Do
- Operate a commercial vehicle across interstate routes, managing delivery schedules safely and professionally
- Maintain your truck and ensure it meets all DOT and company safety standards
- Deliver freight securely to customer locations on time
- Maintain detailed logbooks and comply with all federal transportation regulations
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding load status and any roadside issues
What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL-A license with clean driving record
- One to five months of professional driving experience
- Ability to operate safely in all weather conditions and traffic environments
- Reliability, professionalism, and commitment to on-time delivery
- Willingness to follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
Compensation & Benefits
- Solo drivers earn 57–64 cents per mile, depending on experience, with an average of 2,000 miles per week
- Team drivers earn 72–80 cents per mile on a split basis, with an average of 5,000 miles per week
- Solo drivers receive a $4,000 sign-on bonus; team drivers receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Top 20% of OTR drivers in our fleet earn approximately $1,600 per week
- Choose your own home time schedule to balance work and family
- We assist team drivers in finding and pairing with the right partner
