What You'll Do
- Maintain deck equipment, rigging, and safety gear to the highest operational standards
- Assist with line handling, mooring operations, and cargo-related tasks
- Perform routine vessel maintenance and cleaning duties
- Follow all maritime safety protocols and company regulations without exception
- Work as part of a skilled crew, supporting towboat and barge operations
- Respond promptly to crew member direction and changing operational needs
- Contribute to a culture of safety and professionalism aboard vessel
What We're Looking For

- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background and security screening
- Physical fitness and ability to perform demanding work in an active marine environment
