About the Role

As a CDL‑A company driver you will operate modern equipment on long‑haul routes, moving no‑touch dry‑van loads across the United States. The role emphasizes consistent mileage, predictable home time, and a supportive environment that rewards safe and reliable performance.

What You'll Do

• Perform pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Transport dry‑van freight while maintaining on‑time delivery and adhering to federal hours‑of‑service regulations.
• Complete required logs (electronic or paper) and communicate regularly with dispatch about load status and any issues.
• Participate in company‑sponsored safety programs and maintain a clean driving record.
• Take advantage of scheduled home time to rest and recharge between runs.

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL‑A license with a clean driving record.
• 1 to 5 months of verifiable OTR experience (experience requirements are flexible for motivated candidates).
• Ability to handle dry‑van, no‑touch freight and follow standardized procedures.
• Strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professional communication.
• Willingness to spend up to 28 days on the road followed by approximately 5 days at home, as outlined in the company’s home‑time schedule.
