This Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk position is central to our financial functions, handling the day-to-day transactions and records that keep our business running smoothly. What You'll Do

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including invoice entry, verification, and payment scheduling
• Handle accounts receivable duties such as invoice generation, payment recording, and follow-up on outstanding balances
• Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile account statements
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments to resolve billing inquiries
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting coursework or certification a plus
• Proficiency with accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and standard office applications
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Accuracy and attention to detail in financial record-keeping
• Reliable, professional communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
