Role Overview

As an Aisles Online Shopper at Hy-Vee, you'll be the backbone of our growing online shopping service. You'll navigate our store to hand-pick fresh groceries and household items for customers who shop with us online. Your work ensures that every order is accurate, fresh, and ready for timely delivery or customer pickup.

Your Responsibilities

• Select and retrieve products from store shelves according to customer orders, prioritizing quality and freshness
• Verify product accuracy and substitutions, communicating proactively with team members
• Follow all food safety and handling procedures to maintain product integrity
• Organize and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup in a timely manner
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet daily order fulfillment targets
• Support the broader Hy-Vee store environment and assist customers as needed

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to walk, stand, and lift throughout your shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Comfort using scanning devices and basic store technology
• Reliable transportation to our Columbia, Boone County location
• Flexible availability for part-time hours
