Fence Installer

Pinnacle Recruitment Services is hiring a Fence Installer in Stockton, San Joaquin County to join our growing team serving Northern California's commercial, industrial, construction, and special event sectors. About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and reliable Fence Installer to work Monday through Friday, with weekend availability as needed. Based in Stockton, you'll travel throughout Northern California to install, repair, and maintain fencing systems for a variety of customers and project types. This is outdoor work that requires physical capability, problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.

What You'll Do

• Install and repair fencing for commercial, industrial, and construction clients
• Work on special event projects and temporary installations
• Measure, cut, and assemble fence materials on-site
• Follow blueprints and project specifications
• Maintain tools and work areas for safety and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors

What We're Looking For

• Physical ability to perform outdoor labor and handle materials
• Reliability and consistent attendance
• Experience in fence installation or similar construction trades (or willingness to learn)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Safety-conscious mindset

Compensation and Schedule

This full-time position pays $21–$26 per hour, with opportunities to earn prevailing wage rates depending on project type. You'll work a Monday-to-Friday schedule with weekends as needed.
