As a Courtesy Clerk at Hy-Vee Topeka, you are the friendly face customers encounter throughout their shopping experience. This part-time position includes night and weekend shifts and is a great entry point for anyone looking to build a career in retail grocery.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout the store with a helpful, positive attitude
• Bag groceries efficiently and with care, following customer preferences for packing
• Assist customers to their vehicles with purchases when needed
• Return carts from the parking lot and maintain cart availability at store entrances
• Keep the store clean, safe, and well-organized — including aisles, restrooms, and front-end areas
• Restock bags, supplies, and other front-end essentials
• Support cashiers and other team members during busy periods
• Follow all safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean shopping environment
