U.S. Xpress is hiring experienced CDL-A Company Drivers for full-time, over-the-road (OTR) dry van positions based in Prosser, Benton County. If you're a professional driver with 1-5 months of commercial experience and you want predictable home time, consistent weekly mileage, and strong earning potential, we'd like to talk with you.

About the Role

This full-time OTR dry van driving position has you operating a commercial truck across the country with a proven schedule: 28 days on the road, 5 days home. You'll run no-touch freight exclusively, so you focus on driving safely and meeting delivery windows. Your routes are planned and predictable—the kind of schedule experienced drivers build their lives around.

What You'll Do

• Operate a commercial truck on over-the-road dry van routes across the United States
• Transport freight safely while maintaining professional driving standards
• Follow planned itineraries with reliable, predictable home time
• Work exclusively with no-touch freight, eliminating manual loading responsibilities
• Perform pre-trip inspections and truck maintenance
• Manage consistent weekly mileage averaging 2,000 miles

What You'll Earn

Pay ranges from 52-56 cents per mile based on your experience. Solo drivers average 2,000 miles weekly, with top performers in our fleet earning up to $1,500 per week. You'll also receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid vacation time, and performance bonuses throughout the year.

• Valid CDL-A commercial driver's license
• 1-5 months of over-the-road or commercial driving experience
• Clean driving record and professional work history
• Ability to commit to a 28-days-out, 5-days-home schedule
