Synertex LLC is hiring an FM Data Analysis Specialist in McLean, VA to power data-driven financial management across critical Intelligence Community programs. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a cleared professional ready to turn complex budget data into clear, actionable insight.

About the Role

As an FM Data Analysis Specialist with Synertex LLC, you will support Intelligence Community financial management and budget execution efforts through analytics, structured reporting, and data visualization. This position is based on site in the McLean, VA area (Pimmit, Fairfax County) and is contingent upon contract award. Because of the sensitive nature of the work, an active TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph is mandatory for consideration.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and budgetary data to support Intelligence Community budget execution initiatives.
• Build and maintain reports that translate raw financial information into meaningful summaries for stakeholders.
• Develop data visualizations and dashboards that make trends, variances, and performance easy to interpret.
• Collaborate with financial management teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of deliverables.
• Support ongoing reporting and analytics activities tied to mission financial requirements.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph (required and non-negotiable).
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization, ideally within a financial management or budget execution context.
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and data integrity.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to work on site in the McLean, VA / Pimmit, Fairfax County area in a full-time capacity.
