Clinical Liaison (Field/Sales Marketing Rep) – Leesburg/Villages

Hospice Of Lake & Sumter is seeking a full-time Clinical Liaison to drive growth and build strategic partnerships across Tavares, Lake County, and The Villages. This field-based sales and marketing role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care in our community.

About the Role

As a Clinical Liaison and field sales marketing representative, you'll serve as the primary connection between our hospice organization and physicians, healthcare facilities, senior living communities, and referral partners throughout the region. Your work directly influences admission growth, referral development, and the quality of relationships that support our mission of compassionate end-of-life care.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to increase patient referrals and admissions
• Establish and cultivate professional relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, senior communities, and healthcare providers in Tavares, Lake County, and The Villages area
• Conduct educational presentations and community outreach initiatives that raise awareness of hospice services and clinical capabilities
• Represent Hospice Of Lake & Sumter at community events, professional conferences, and partnership meetings
• Coordinate marketing materials and communications that demonstrate our clinical expertise and patient-centered approach
• Manage referral source relationships, track business development activity, and provide ongoing reporting
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure strong integration of new referral partnerships

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in healthcare sales, business development, or clinical liaison positions
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities in professional healthcare settings
• Knowledge of hospice care, palliative services, or healthcare operations—or commitment to developing expertise
• Ability to work independently in a field-based capacity covering Tavares, Lake County, and surrounding areas
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills with comfort in networking environments
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
