About the Role

As a Property Preservation Contractor with HP Preservation Service LLC, you will service residential REO and vacant properties throughout Virginia. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity covering communities including Bristol City, Washington, Wise, Lee, Russell, Scott, Norton City, Grayson, Smyth, Tazewell, and Wythe. Contractors are compensated on a bi-weekly payment schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out standard property preservation tasks on assigned residential and REO properties
• Complete winterizations to protect vacant homes from seasonal and weather-related damage
• Perform additional field-service duties typical of property preservation work, such as securing, cleaning, and maintaining properties
• Document completed work and meet client timelines and quality standards across the Virginia service area

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience performing standard property preservation and REO duties
• Proven ability to complete winterizations and related field tasks correctly and on schedule
• Availability to travel to and service properties throughout the listed Virginia counties and cities
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as a property preservation vendor
