Hospice Of Lake & Sumter is seeking a full-time Clinical Liaison to drive growth and build strategic partnerships across Tavares, Lake County, and The Villages. About the Role As a Clinical Liaison and field sales marketing representative, you'll serve as the primary connection between our hospice organization and physicians, healthcare facilities, senior living communities, and referral partners throughout the region. Your work directly influences admission growth, referral development, and the quality of relationships that support our mission of compassionate end-of-life care.
