SOS International LLC (SOSi) is hiring a full-time Site Supervisor in the Village of Los Ranchos, Bernalillo County — a hands-on leadership role supporting national security missions with one of the defense industry's leading founder-owned integrators.
About the Role
As a Site Supervisor with SOS International LLC, you will provide day-to-day oversight and coordination at the operational site in the Village of Los Ranchos, Bernalillo County. This on-site, full-time position is well suited to a dependable leader who can keep teams aligned, maintain standards, and ensure work is delivered safely and on schedule in support of SOSi's government and defense programs. A Tier II clearance is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate daily activities of on-site personnel to meet program objectives.
- Supervise team performance, assign tasks, and uphold quality and safety standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for site operations and reporting.
- Monitor compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and contract requirements.
- Support mission readiness by resolving issues and escalating concerns as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience supervising or leading teams in an operational or site-based environment.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Tier II security clearance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in the Village of Los Ranchos, Bernalillo County (this role is not remote).
