Workplace Experience Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to lead their Paris office. Our client is a global technology company transforming how organizations approach workplace learning through innovative AI-powered solutions. This role reports directly to international workplace leadership and serves as the primary driver of culture, operations, and employee experience for their French team.

As the on-the-ground owner of this vibrant workspace, you will create a hospitality-driven environment where employees, visitors, and candidates feel energized and supported. You'll balance strategic facility management with hands-on event curation, vendor coordination, and community building—all while adapting global initiatives to reflect authentic Parisian culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations with a hospitality-first mindset, ensuring a welcoming, polished environment for employees, visitors, and customers
• Design and execute a comprehensive local engagement calendar including themed events, social activities, cultural celebrations, and wellness programs
• Oversee all facilities management including vendor relationships, maintenance, supplies, cleaning services, food and beverage, security systems, and access control
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with employees, local leadership, building management, landlords, and cross-functional global partners
• Manage workplace budget, purchase orders, and spending forecasts while supporting office expansion projects, space planning, technology installations, and branding updates
• Gather continuous employee feedback to identify improvement opportunities and customize global workplace programs for the Paris location
• Coordinate floor plan management and space optimization as the team grows
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all workplace-related questions and escalations

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience independently managing workplace operations, facilities, hospitality, or employee experience functions
• Proven track record conceptualizing, budgeting, and delivering high-quality community events that drive engagement
• Strong operational skills including vendor management, budget forecasting, space planning, and facilities logistics
• Professional fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with global and local teams
• Proactive ownership mentality with exceptional organizational skills, adaptability, and genuine passion for creating meaningful workplace experiences
