Influencer Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce agency in Stuttgart that is expanding into social commerce. This is not a position managing a few ads—you will be the architect of an entirely new TikTok Shop practice. You'll build performance-driven creator structures and turn TikTok into a scalable revenue channel for clients. This role starts from zero and offers genuine ownership of a strategic growth area.

Responsibilities

• Develop TikTok Shop strategies from the ground up for multiple clients in the e-commerce space
• Set up the technical infrastructure for TikTok Shop, handling both strategic planning and hands-on execution in the early stages
• Monitor and leverage emerging TikTok features, trends, and algorithm changes to create high-performing sales campaigns
• Establish social commerce as a core service offering and define key performance indicators for the practice
• Transition from solo execution to building scalable processes as the function matures

What We're Looking For

• Several years of proven experience in TikTok marketing, with demonstrated success building TikTok channels or shops
• Deep expertise with TikTok Ads Manager, the TikTok algorithm, and the technical workflows of TikTok Shop
• Strong execution skills—you don't just plan, you build the technical and operational foundation yourself
• Data-driven decision-making ability; you can interpret analytics, maintain oversight, and present results clearly to leadership
• High degree of autonomy and initiative; you proactively drive projects forward and can simplify complex processes for stakeholders
• German language proficiency required for client communication
