Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy for residential property projects. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Collaborate closely with sales teams as a strategic and operational partner
• Conceptualize and oversee creation of premium sales materials including property exposés, brochures, visualizations, architectural renderings, and project films
• Select, manage, and conduct quality control of external agencies and service providers
• Advance brand identity and corporate communications initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Real Estate Management, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally within real estate development, property development, or architecture sectors
• Strong affinity for the real estate industry and understanding of sales processes
• High design and quality orientation with refined aesthetic sensibility
• Organizational talent with hands-on mentality and strong sense of personal accountability
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office and experience with standard marketing, graphic design, and content management tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or comparable platforms)
• German language proficiency required for this role

Additional Information

Location: Fürth, Germany

Work arrangement: Flexible working hours with home office possibility (one day per week after probation period)
