About This Role

We are representing a dynamic marketing agency based in Greding, Germany. Our client operates at the intersection of marketing, design, and technology, developing brand identities and creative solutions for diverse clients. They're seeking a talented Mediengestalter Digital & Print / Grafikdesigner / Webdesigner (m/w/d) to join their creative team.

This is a full-time position offering variety and creative challenge across print, digital, and brand design projects.

Responsibilities

• Design print and online media including flyers, brochures, and web banners
• Develop and evolve brand identities and corporate design systems
• Create social media graphics and digital content for multiple platforms
• Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns, visual worlds, and graphic elements
• Generate creative ideas tailored to different brands and target audiences
• Design and refine websites (experience in this area is highly valued)

What We're Looking For

• Completed training as Mediengestalter, degree in Graphic Design/Communication Design, or comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in design roles
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud
• Enthusiasm for creative work and willingness to experiment with new approaches
• Knowledge of Figma, WordPress, or Framer is a plus
• Interest in SEO, GEO, Google Ads, or social media marketing is beneficial
• Passion for creative projects and collaborative teamwork
• Ability to contribute ideas and bring unique skills to the team
• German language proficiency required for this role
