Werkstudent (m/w/d) Paid Social

Responsibilities

We are representing a dynamic digital marketing agency in Munich seeking a working student to support their paid social media operations. In this role, you will:

• Assist with the creation, management, and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and Reddit
• Execute operational tasks such as campaign setup, ongoing monitoring, performance analysis, and preparation of reports and KPIs
• Support the paid social team with day-to-day activities including research, quality assurance, and implementation of optimization measures

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking candidates who bring the following qualifications:

• Currently enrolled student located in or near Munich (this is an onsite position)
• Genuine passion for social media with active engagement on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others; you stay current with trends and platform developments
• Creative thinking combined with strong numerical skills and comfort with data-driven analysis
• Structured, meticulous, and reliable working style with excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Prior experience in social media marketing or paid social is advantageous but not required
• Motivated, curious team player with enthusiasm for hands-on work and collaborative environments
• German language proficiency required for this role
