People & Culture Manager (m/w/d)

We are representing a well-established creative agency in Stuttgart seeking a People & Culture Manager to lead their human resources function. Our client operates in the marketing and communications industry, serving a diverse portfolio of brands with campaigns across multiple channels. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a creative environment and wants to make a meaningful impact on organizational culture and employee experience.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Stuttgart with flexible working arrangements including two remote days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes and applicant management independently
• Organize and facilitate comprehensive onboarding and offboarding experiences
• Administer employee data, personnel files, contracts, certificates, and HR documentation
• Support employee conversations and talent development initiatives
• Manage HR projects such as university recruiting programs and internal training offerings
• Coordinate internal events including seasonal celebrations and team gatherings
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and labor law requirements
• Continuously improve and optimize HR processes and systems
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns and questions

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training, degree, or demonstrated experience in HR/People Operations
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in human resources
• Current knowledge of German labor law and data protection regulations
• Strong empathy and exceptional interpersonal skills
• Structured, detail-oriented, and self-directed working style
• Excellent communication abilities and organizational talent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience with Personio or similar HR management systems preferred
• German language fluency required for this role
