Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency seeking a Copywriter to join their team in Cologne. In this role, you will take ownership of creative strategy and copywriting for major e-commerce clients from day one.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing market and audience data to understand target group preferences and needs, ensuring messaging resonates and drives action
• Creating scripts for video content that leverage compelling storytelling to capture attention and motivate consumer behavior
• Evaluating performance data and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities and refine copy based on data-driven insights
• Developing comprehensive content strategies that align with client objectives and integrate seamlessly into their broader marketing approach
• Collaborating with established e-commerce brands to combine creative input with performance expertise for exceptional results

What We're Looking For

Experience: No previous professional experience required. You should have a solid foundational understanding of copywriting principles and genuine interest in e-commerce and paid advertising.

Mindset: You are driven to continuously improve advertising account performance. Your creative instincts and flexibility enable you to efficiently adapt ideas across different contexts to achieve optimal results.

Knowledge: You possess foundational knowledge in performance marketing, copywriting, and creative strategy within e-commerce environments.

Language: Native German proficiency required. English skills are a plus.
