About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential social media agency based in Dortmund, Germany. Our client is seeking a talented Social Media Graphic Designer to join their creative team. This role offers the opportunity to create engaging content for diverse brands across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms while working in a collaborative, trend-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and edit social media content for various clients, including static posts, Reels, and UGC-style videos
• Monitor TikTok and Instagram closely to identify emerging trends and contribute creative insights to content strategy
• Maintain strong attention to typography, brand identity, and platform-specific design requirements while delivering high-volume output
• Translate creative briefs independently into visual concepts and styleframes
• Collaborate closely with creative concepters and production teams on client accounts
• Apply your experience in image editing and provide support during content shoots
• Iterate and refine designs based on performance data and results

What We're Looking For

• Initial experience in social media content creation through internships, working student positions, or a first full-time role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
• Practical experience with motion design, animations, and visual effects
• Strong eye for creative design and aesthetics
• Self-directed work style with a hands-on mentality
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Shooting experience is a plus
• Social media native understanding of how brands authentically engage on platforms
