Solution Architect – LangGraph & Agentic AI

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking a Solution Architect to lead the design and deployment of enterprise agentic AI platforms. In this role, you will:

• Lead architecture and design of enterprise AI agent and workflow solutions, translating business requirements, SLAs, and security constraints into production-ready architectures
• Design graph-based architectures for single-agent and multi-agent applications, incorporating LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, enterprise data, APIs, workflow engines, and human approval processes
• Evaluate architectural alternatives and document technical decisions, trade-offs, and reusable patterns for agentic AI solutions
• Design scalable AI application architectures on AWS, Azure, or GCP, defining compute, networking, storage, API, security, and platform requirements suitable for enterprise-scale production workloads
• Design integration between AI agents and enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and SaaS platforms with secure mechanisms for tool access and business-system interactions
• Establish security and governance principles addressing prompt injection, data leakage, unauthorized tool use, excessive permissions, and sensitive-data exposure
• Define architecture for AI application monitoring, observability, evaluation of agent accuracy, reliability, latency, cost, and task completion
• Work directly with senior business and technology stakeholders to define AI strategies, lead architecture workshops, and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Provide technical direction to engineering teams, review solution designs, ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, and mentor teams on reusable AI architecture patterns

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Significant experience in solution architecture, software architecture, AI architecture, or related role
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying graph-based AI applications or agentic workflows
• Strong understanding of LLM application architectures and enterprise AI/ML solutions in production environments
• Strong understanding of retrieval-augmented generation, tool calling, agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop patterns
• Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and APIs
• Experience with security, governance, observability, and operational requirements for production systems
• Strong technical understanding of Python and modern software engineering practices

Desirable experience:

• LangChain, LangSmith, or similar orchestration frameworks
• Multi-agent architectures and enterprise RAG platforms
• Vector databases and Kubernetes
• Event-driven architectures, microservices, infrastructure as code, CI/CD
• MLOps, LLMOps, AI security, and responsible AI practices
• Large-scale enterprise transformation and experience working directly with senior client stakeholders
