Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential communications agency in Cologne seeking a working student to support PR consulting operations. As part of the account team, you will contribute to projects focused on IT, telecommunications, and professional services clients.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development and implementation of creative communication initiatives
- Preparing, organizing, and following up on events
- Communicating and coordinating with internal and external contacts, including influencers
- Managing organizational tasks in daily operations and project workflows
- Assisting with to-do coordination and project timelines
You will work hands-on with experienced colleagues, learning agency processes while building practical skills in public relations and project management. Responsibility grows progressively as you gain experience.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled student with at least three to four semesters completed
- Availability for 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling
- Strong social media affinity and understanding of digital platforms
- Ideally, previous internship experience in an agency or PR/project environment
- Comfort using AI tools and automation solutions to streamline processes; willingness to integrate AI into daily workflow
- Proactive, hands-on mentality with solution-oriented approach
- Detail-oriented, reliable working style
- Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English
