Werkstudent – B2B Sales (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential construction services organization in Berlin that is expanding their B2B sales pipeline. As a working student in our client's sales team, you will play a hands-on role in business development:

• Conduct lead research to identify potential clients including general contractors, property developers, and project developers through tender platforms, industry portals, and independent research
• Execute email outreach campaigns to introduce our client's services to decision-makers at target organizations
• Perform telephone outreach to key contacts with the goal of securing invitations to participate in current and upcoming tenders
• Qualify leads by evaluating which contacts and projects align with business priorities, maintaining structured records in the sales pipeline
• Support the sales cycle by maintaining contact with qualified leads, following up consistently, coordinating document exchanges, and assisting the team through to proposal submission
• Contribute ideas for improving outreach strategies, research methods, and follow-up processes

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled student in a business, communications, or technical program (specific major is less important than attitude and approach)
• Enjoyment of communication: comfortable on the phone, able to write clearly, and naturally friendly and professional in interactions
• Structured and independent working style with reliability in contact management and follow-up scheduling
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Prior experience in sales, customer contact, or research is a plus but not required—training will be provided
• Interest in the construction sector and electrical systems is welcome; prior knowledge is not necessary
• Flexible schedule that accommodates student commitments
