Werkstudent*in im Projektmanagement

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology client in München who is seeking a working student to support their project management and consulting operations. In this role, you will:

• Support the product consulting team with daily tasks and occasional client project work, including creating websites and landing pages
• Make technical adjustments in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and automation software based on client requirements
• Document project progress and relevant milestones in project management tools
• Assist with data integration between online registration systems and on-site solutions
• Handle configuration, testing, and shipping of hardware such as scanners
• Support customers with access management both on-site (including setup and teardown) and remotely
• Actively participate in process optimization projects and contribute your own ideas and suggestions

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a university for at least 3 more semesters, ideally studying Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
• Available to work 16-20 hours per week
• IT-savvy with confidence using different programs and willingness to learn new software
• Basic knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript with eagerness to further develop these skills
• Service-oriented mindset with strong communication and teamwork abilities, plus interest in direct client contact
• Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Careful and structured approach to work
