Java Backend Developer (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential software development firm in München, and we're seeking a Java Backend Developer to join their team. In this role, you will:

• Work on demanding development projects for well-known clients in an agile Java environment
• Develop modern applications using technologies such as Spring Boot
• Take responsibility for developing and testing your components and their interfaces, with mentorship provided based on your experience level
• Write well-structured, readable, and maintainable code following clean code principles
• Participate in sprint planning and code reviews, sharing knowledge with team members and remaining open to improvement suggestions
• Present your results to clients and actively seek feedback
• Continuously develop your skills and stay current with innovative technologies

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed degree in Computer Science or comparable qualifications
• Strong knowledge and extensive practical experience in the Java ecosystem
• Openness to new technologies and enthusiasm for working with innovative tools
• Talent and passion combined with methodical, analytical thinking
• Team player mindset with experience in agile development environments
• Solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting to clients
• Good command of both German and English languages
