Property Training and Content Lead

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential property technology organization in their search for a Property Training and Content Lead based in Milton Keynes. This is a hybrid role requiring office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

In this position, you will:

• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities supporting estate and letting agents through regulatory changes, market shifts, and evolving consumer behaviour
• Build strategic relationships with industry bodies and key stakeholders to inform content direction and programme development
• Own and evolve a comprehensive seminar programme, driving its strategic direction and content development
• Create, write, and deliver engaging training content and qualification materials while maintaining accuracy and relevance of existing programmes
• Present and facilitate training sessions at seminars, partner events, and webinars both in-person and online
• Source, brief, and manage guest speakers, including budget oversight, ensuring delivery meets high professional standards
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across training, qualification, and seminar programmes
• Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams including brand design, social media, PR, CRM, and events to optimize partner experience and engagement

• End-to-end project planning expertise with strong deadline management and KPI delivery
• Outstanding communication skills with clear prioritization and organizational capabilities
• Data-driven mindset that combines analytical depth with creative storytelling
• Exceptional presentation skills across multiple formats—stage, camera, online, and face-to-face
• Strong writing and content development abilities, from original creation to editorial refinement
• Active experimentation with AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Creative thinking that pushes boundaries and delivers distinctive experiences
• Ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Continuous improvement mindset with natural curiosity and questioning approach
• Team-oriented attitude with flexibility to support broader organizational needs
• Comfort with event realities including occasional heavy lifting, late finishes, and overnight stays
• Willingness to travel at least monthly for events; UK driving licence advantageous
• Commitment to hybrid working model with Tuesday/Wednesday office presence in Milton Keynes and occasional London travel
