Our talent team is representing a confidential digital health organization seeking a mission-driven Midwife or General Practitioner based in Singapore who is fluent in Cantonese. This part-time contractor role supports women and families globally through virtual care delivery.

You will join a curated international provider network, delivering compassionate, evidence-based support across fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood journeys. Responsibilities

• Provide virtual support, education, and guidance to women across fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood journeys
• Educate members on prenatal care, labour preparation, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, reproductive health, and general women's health topics
• Offer emotional support and clinical guidance throughout the fertility, pregnancy, and early motherhood journey
• Help members understand their health concerns, navigate healthcare systems, and prepare for in-person appointments when needed
• Provide evidence-based advice, health education, and preventive care support within your scope of practice
• Document encounter summaries in the organization's practice management system
• Collaborate with care delivery teams to ensure member needs are met, including recommendations for in-person referrals and follow-ups
• Deliver culturally humble care aligned with the organization's values

What We're Looking For

• Currently residing in Singapore
• Fluent in English and Cantonese (spoken and written)
• Registered Midwife or General Practitioner with a valid practicing license from the relevant regulatory authority and in good standing
• Holds a recognized medical, nursing, or midwifery qualification
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in women's health, primary care, obstetrics & gynecology, fertility, reproductive health, or related fields preferred
• Experience supporting fertility, pregnancy, postpartum care, contraception, or reproductive health is highly desirable
• Experience with assisted reproductive technologies (e.g., IVF, IUI, egg freezing) is an advantage
• No history of malpractice claims or disciplinary action
• Able to commit approximately 2 hours per week; this is a part-time, independent contractor role
• Comfortable delivering care via a digital health platform; prior telehealth experience is a plus
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care delivery
